Our services
All About Care EMS, LLC provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and EMS transportation services. Transportation is provided by appointment and is subject to vehicle and crew availability. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911.
Booking & scheduling
Trips are confirmed by our scheduling team after a request is received. We recommend booking at least three days prior to appointments. Recurring rides (such as dialysis schedules) are arranged in advance.
Payment & invoices
Payment is not collected on this website. After confirmation we issue an invoice; payment may be made online or in person using ApplePay, Cash, Credit Card, Google Pay, HSA/FSA, PayPal, Quickbooks or Square.
Cancellation policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes whenever possible, so we can serve other passengers. Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers and companions are expected to treat our crew with respect. Please be ready at the scheduled pickup time and inform us of any special assistance, mobility equipment or companions when booking.
