Book online using our Request Transportation form on the Contact page, or call (678) 634-4543. No account needed — guest booking is always available. You can book for yourself, a loved one, or a patient (facilities and case managers welcome).
We recommend booking at least three days prior to your appointment whenever possible. For recurring appointments such as dialysis, we can set up a standing schedule so your rides are arranged automatically.
ApplePay, Cash, Credit Cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa), Google Pay, HSA/FSA, PayPal, Quickbooks and Square. No payment is required on the website — after we confirm your trip we send an invoice, and you pay online or in person.
We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible so we can offer the time to another passenger. Full details are in our Terms & Cancellation Policy.
Yes. Our fleet includes wheelchair-accessible and stretcher-equipped vehicles, and our drivers are trained to assist with safe boarding, securement and door-through-door help.

Yes — our EMS division provides BLS transport (non-emergent & emergent, as permitted), hospital and interfacility transfers, SNF/ALF transfers, dialysis center transfers, long-distance transport and specialty care support with compassionate, professional crews.
